Find a professional tiler in Auchenflower

Looking for someone to replace 4 tiles Regrout a standard bathroom and a ensuite and silicon. Job is available in last two weeks of January. Weekend and weekday are both fine.

As part of a bathroom renovation, seeking a tiler who can retile and waterproof to approx top of shower height. We will separately arrange for the old tiles to be removed. The new tile sizes are all 300x600. The floor area for the bathroom is 23 sq metre and toilet 3 sq metre. The bathroom wall area to be tiled is approx 30 sq metre and we would like a row of wall tiles in the toilet - approx 2 sq metre. As part of the job, we would need the contractor measure and advise final quantities to order. We need the waterproofing and tiling to commence second or third week of January 2026.

Cutting tiles for a 2m2 external balcony

2 lounge areas and 3 bathrooms need silicon seal after new renovation.

End October : 2.4 x 4.6 m (11m2) tile balcony on 11th floor of an old apartment building. A company is coming to remove and redo the grout and apply a waterproofing layer. I need the balcony to be professionally cleaned to remove 30 years of grime from the air / traffic. Needs to be done with a hypochlorite or similar product. No outdoor tap or hose available. No runoff can be allowed to go into the gardens below. The tiles need to have all grey/black grime removed before the waterproofing layer covers them. Mid-October to early November. Balcony gets a lot of morning sun, so will need to be done on a cloudy day or midday to early afternoon.

6sm of tile glue needs to be removed in kitchen. Use of a concrete grinder with a vacuum that attaches to grinder to prevent dust!!

The area to be tiled is a 2400mmX2300mm concrete slab. The tiles are 600mmX600mmX10mm, porcelain matt. My estimate is that about 8 tiles will need to be cut. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 20 December 2023

About 10 tiles have lifted and need to be relaid. I have removed impacted tiles and prepped the area, you will need to relay them all in a manner that stops the same thing from happening again. Unfortunately 4 of the tiles are cracked and will need to be relayed in pieces (old stock). I have also prepped the tiles by removing excess old glue from base so they should be ready to be relayed. You will need all tools and other materials to complete the job including tile glue and grout. You MUST be an experienced tiler. Tiles are 600mm x 300mm - Due date: Flexible

Remove and replace broken and cracked tiles from bathroom steps and laundry wall (same room). Replace broken and missing tiles in same area. Grout and finish.
