Looking for an experienced tile specialist to deep clean and seal grout across my living room, kitchen, and hallway floor. Tile & Floor Details: White marble-patterned porcelain tiles with a matte (non-shiny) finish. Very narrow/tight grout joints that have darkened with dirt. Scope of Work: Deep clean and scrub all grout lines back to their original light color using proper cleaning agents and narrow brushes. Allow grout to dry fully. Apply a water-based, penetrating (impregnating) sealer with zero sheen / natural finish (e.g., Aqua Mix or equivalent). CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: NO topical coatings, gloss, or wet-look sealers. Because the tiles are matte, I do not want shiny lines or film residue left on the grout or tile face. All excess sealer must be wiped clean off tiles immediately during application. Please answer when bidding: What equipment/products do you use for deep cleaning narrow grout? What specific brand of natural-look penetrating sealer will you use? Are you open to doing a 1-foot test patch first to confirm a 100% matte result?

.We are laying the tiles around our pool. The fence spigots are in place. We are needing 9 x holes to be cut into 9 tiles and then glued in place over the spigots. 5 x tiles to be cut on an angle. Tiles are porceline 600 x 400 x 20. Happy for an hourly rate or fixed price. The tiler who had done the coping tiles advised us it took him 3 hours to drill 15 glued tiles including the concrete core holes. No core drilling, it is loose tiles that require cutting and holes.

There are four spaces ( 1 bedroom - 3.45m x 2.8m, kitchen - 3m x 5m, dining - 3.25m x 3.75m, and open living - 5.5m x 7.5m) and a hallway ( 1.6m x 10m) that require Regrouting the porcelain tiles. No need to remove old grout from tiles, just need all tiles cleanly regrouted, especially where it is patchy and holes have appeared. Cut porcelain tiles to size

I have a small chip in a white bathroom vanity basin/surface that I attempted to repair using a porcelain repair kit. Unfortunately too much filler was applied and the repair area is now more noticeable than the original chip. I’m looking for someone experienced with porcelain/ceramic/bathroom vanity repairs (bath resurfacing, enamel touch-up, chip repair etc.) to properly smooth, blend and refinish the area so it looks neat and discreet. The original damage was very small, and I’d prefer someone who has done similar vanity/basin repairs before rather than general handyman work. Please let me know your experience with porcelain or enamel repairs and what approach you’d take.

The current splashback is 292cm X 300cm X 86cm. The height of the tile splashback is 30cm. What I need it a tiler to come in, rip out the old tiles and replace with new ones. The 2 shelves have 5 screw holes and come with screws and plugs. The splashback is a thin sheet of metal with a thick plaster board recessed 2mm behind the splash back and then another fibreboard recessed 2 mm behind the plasterboard. One of the shelves needs to cover over the opening of an electrical switch that if possible be relocated 5-10 cm below it’s current position. Not sure how to secure the fixings in to the splash back - may need liquid nails as well to secure shelf?
