I’m moving house and need my computer / printer / modem set up and synced please.

I’m on NBN and recently switched to “faster speed” with new modem. Generally internet is fine, but is unstable. There is consistent drop outs of under 5 minutes once or twice a day various times. Provider is unable to assist has asked for us to seek technician to diagnose possible issue. Provider has tried some basic things - factory reset modem, nothing in particular has jumped out as issue with settings.

I am sitting in a hold loop with the phone line. I don't know which option above to pick. I use Zoom and the laptop camera is somehow disabled - some of the time! Message I get in Troubleshooting is that I've hit a key that disables it, but no idea why I can start a meeting with my camera sometimes and not others.
