Looking for someone experienced with upholstery or sewing to make new privacy dividers for restaurant booths. I attempted to dye the existing ones but the dye did not take to the fabric. Require 12 made in black material.

I need to alter 3 of my new scrub tops. At least 1 before Monday 27th July.

We're looking at recreating some of our old towels into summery clothes. We have a few designs we'd like to explore, however we're not pattern makers so we'd need someone who is competent in this area. The designs are simple and one size fits all. We're looking at maybe 30 pieces or so, give or take. We'd like to have them ready by early-mid October. We're located in Currumbin and i'm happy to delivery the towels to whoever it suitable for the job :)

I removed the draw string from a pair of sweats as it got lost into the hole on one side, that i thought would be easy enough to put back. but unfortunately they have stoppers around the waste making it really hard to put it back my self i am not sure if better to have some one rethread it professionally or just have them tailored to fit my waist. open to opininons and wil go with whichever task is less cost

I need somebody to make a cover for a block of foam for my van. I’m able to give you some sheets that you can sew into a cover. I need a base cover made and then another cover on top of that that could be removed for Cleaning either through Velcro or a zip.

I’m looking for someone with a good sewing machine and experience sewing bags or thick fabrics. I need the shoulder strap of my woven handbag shortened by a few centimetres. The job involves: * Unpicking the seam at the centre of the strap. * Cutting the strap shorter (I’ll show exactly how much). * Sewing it back together.

After 3 yrs of sewing my teenage daughter has recently purchased an Overlocker (Brother 2504D) and is keen for lesson(s) on how to use it and get the most out of the machine. Practical in-person lessons are preferable to YouTube tutorials.

I need to make mattress covers for my campervan - 4 in total, 2 thin ones and 2 slightly larger. Sketch plan is attached and the measures are the following: - 2 cover 186cm long and 60cm wide; - 2 covers 186cm long and 16cm wide. All should fit the depth of a foam mattress 10cm thick. I will bring the fabric and mattress to you. Need this done in 2 weeks max.

I love knitting but absolutely hate weaving/sewing in the ends of the yarn at the end. I have a shawl I knitted last year and I still haven’t brought myself to be able to sew in the rest of the yarns ends on it. Turn my pain into your gain! If you are a knitter who doesn’t hate this task as much as I do, then I’d love to pay you to do this arduous task for me. I’m happy for you to pick up the shawl to complete the task or I can drop it to you anywhere around Canberra. It is a very large shawl (takes up my entire 3 seater sofa) but there are only a handful of ends to sew in from where I started new balls of yarn, and where I cast on and off the work - I would say no more than 10-12 yarns ends that need sewing/weaving in.

5 patches to be removed from old PU jacket and sewed in to the new PU bomber jacket. Can also drop off and pick up at your place so it's easier for you depending on your location :)

My eyesight is not the best, even with glasses and a magnifying glass and I struggle to thread the cotton through the eyehole of the needle on the machine. I get mose upset with myself because I cant see what Im doing. Would someone with much much better eyesight be able to come and thread it for me? I have a Brother Sewing Machine and for the life I dont know what model it is, but the Operation Manual book that I have is for the Product Code: 888-V14 Someone with sewing experience please and has been sewing for a long time and also knows Brother sewing machines.

Recently bought suit pants but they are too long and I need them taken up please. Happy for pick up or delivery.
