Unwanted FC is growing, and we’re looking for skilled and passionate tailors to join our team on a casual ongoing basis. We specialise in upcycling garments—transforming old uniforms, football kits, and unwanted materials into unique, bespoke items such as tote bags, shoe bags, bucket hats and more. Every piece has a story, and we need creative hands to help tell it. On top of upcycling - we also offer traditional repair services. Think hemming/shortening, button/zip replacements and mending. You’ll have the chance to contribute your own ideas and patterns, or work from our established designs YOU must have experience with sewing, garment construction, or textile work. Since there's no spare fabric to work with, a completely different yet complementary color needs to be proposed, sourced, and built into the budget by the freelancer.
