I was quoted 1200$ to make a custom suit set (pant and jacket) here at a shop in Perth and wanted to see if anyone could do something more affordable? Would love help to create this cool idea without spending over 800 ideally

I have a Singer 7422 sewing machine that is having some problems. While sewing, the thread keeps getting tangled underneath the fabric and gets caught around the bobbin area. The thread also sometimes bunches up into a large knot, and the machine stops/sticks. Now the thread is not forming stitches or catching properly on the fabric. I have already removed the tangled thread and re-threaded the machine, but the problem is still happening.

To hem 2 pieces of lightweight water proof canvas and add a pocket at each corner to hold curtain weights. I’m replacing our outdoor couch covers that look a bit worn out and are tricky to take on and off. If you could please come to our house to see the couches and pick up the fabric. I haven’t purchased the fabric yet however I see Spotlight has many waterproof canvas options. I don’t want it to be too thick or heavy. Thanks Christie

The job involves: * Unpicking the seam at the centre of the strap. * Cutting the strap shorter (I’ll show exactly how much). * Sewing it back together.
