One step up to front door at each end, if we don't get the modular couch, it's around 30 seconds up the road in travel, next street over. The rest I will transport via car. I will be available to assist with lifting of items at both ends. Budget only set to $5 as I have no idea what the price is, send appropriate offer. Must be done on 6/6 between 10am-3pm (flexible but between those hours due to school times).
