Hi, my stove top cracked and I need to remove it / install a new one

We have an existing gas stove with electrical circuit for the spark, which is also connected to the oven. we need to disconnect gas and cap off and connect an induction stovetop. 30 Amp and our current circuit supports this *has been checked*

The gas hot plate on our stovetop is continuously clicking and can only be stopped by turning off the electricity. Looking for someone to fix this. I assume we may need an electrician both to turn it off and to fix it more permanently.

Stove Top Description: Bosch gas stove top ignition stopped working. No click and no spark. Apart from that, applaince works perfectly - gas is released and we can get a flame to cook using a lighter. We've done all the due dilligence cleaning, so assume it's the spark module as appliance is over 6yrs old. Model number and appliance accessibility shown in photos. Oven Grill description: Bosch oven grill not working. This includes grill only setting and grill and fan setting. All other oven settings are working. Assume it's the grill element that's gone. Need someone (a plumber) to remove an old freestanding oven and install the new one )pretty quick job but then need the bathroom sink to be removed and new one installed aswell. And put both of old one at the front of the property. Both freestanding cheap équipement, need quotes for the landlords. Thank you!

Install a new gas stove top

One of the burners on the gas top stove is not working. When we turn it on it doesn’t not alight. If we use a lighter the middle part doesn’t catch. It does not stay on unless we hold down the gas

The tv was working fine and a new tenant moved in & now not working . A small adjustment of stove top also needed

Simple disconnection and cap needed. Also our tap is leaking from the base at the bench if you could look at.

Cable is already there. Just need jigsaw to widen opening.
