I need two new pine boards in my living room floor stained with varnish. 1 board is 300 cm long and 31 cm wide. Second board is 200 cm long and 10 cm wide. These floor Boards will need two coats varnish with a 2 hour gap between coats. I have bought the varnish and brushes. Need to be neat and careful and prefer you have done something similiar previously.

Removal of a dark water stain from hardwood floors. Stained area is approximately 30 x 30cm. From what we understand, the works required would be sanding of boards are required until the surface areas are rid of stains, then a wax oil / timber sealant to try to blend back timber colors.
