I need two new pine boards in my living room floor stained with varnish. 1 board is 300 cm long and 31 cm wide. Second board is 200 cm long and 10 cm wide. These floor Boards will need two coats varnish with a 2 hour gap between coats. I have bought the varnish and brushes. Need to be neat and careful and prefer you have done something similiar previously.

We have been let down by the painter on this job and need a chop out from a professional painter/painters to finish the remainder of the outstanding works. Removal of a dark water stain from hardwood floors. Stained area is approximately 30 x 30cm. From what we understand, the works required would be sanding of boards are required until the surface areas are rid of stains, then a wax oil / timber sealant to try to blend back timber colors.
