I have an internal stained glass window in my living room that looks into an adjacent bedroom. The bedroom side was previously sheeted over with plasterboard (Gyprock). I need someone to carefully cut away the plasterboard from the bedroom side to reveal the window, and then supply and install a simple timber frame to finish it off. Window Size: • Dimensions: 24 cm wide by 72 cm tall Key Tasks: • Locate and carefully cut away the Gyprock on the bedroom side without hitting or damaging the stained glass panel. • Clear out cavity dust and debris between the plaster and the glass. • Supply and install timber framing/architraves around the newly exposed window on the bedroom side. • Note: no painting required • Note: The framing does NOT need to be an exact match to the living room side—just similar in style and size (see photos). Materials Required (To be supplied by you): • Approx. 2.5 linear meters of timber architrave/trim (simple profile similar to the photos). • Fixing nails/screws and gap filler/no-more-gaps. What I’m Looking For: • Detailed handyman or carpentry experience. • Please bring your own tools (drywall saw, drop saw, dust sheets, vacuum for cleanup). Note: Painting is not required; I will paint the trim myself once installed.

Need a stainless steel base fabricated: a solid, weighted disc base (with thickness, not flat sheet, see photo 1 for what I’m after) with a vertical tube welded upright in the centre. 4 small holes drilled through the base disc for bolts. I have the height-adjustment screw mechanism already (see photo 2). It has a flat round plate with a short round peg underneath that plugs into the top of the tube, so the tube’s inner diameter needs to fit that peg snug. Dimensions: - Vertical tube 440mm length / 60mm OD - Base disc 210mm diameter / 40mm thick - open to this being some sort of cover if it’s easier, just need it to feel solid and be able to put bolts through so I can bolt it into the panel and t nuts that sit underneath it. Happy for you to source the stainless steel, please include material cost in your quote. Need clean welds and a tidy finish, this is for a commercial product.

I need a carpenter or handyman/person with own track saw or circular saw with guide rails to precisely trim down timber battens attached to a stainless steel frame. Frame 1.3 metres in length. Batten depth is 66mm. Already marked out. Preference to use a track saw or circular saw with guide rail that has the capacity to cut at a 66mm depth for a single clean cut finish.

There is a small section of my kitchen ceiling which seems to have a bit of mould and is stained. Also a very small section with bubbles. The wall doesn't seem to be bowing out.

You will need your own sander, oil/paint and materials. 4x4m wood deck. It's in good condition (as in no rotting), but needs a sand to remove some left over mould and then to oil. As we seem to have a few days of sunshine, I'd like this done ASAP. There is plenty of parking and I might be able to get you an undercover park too. There is a lift to the floor then one flight of internal stairs. An easy job but needed before Wed 15th April. Thanks

I have a small rectangle 1m x 3.5m of floor that needs to be sanded and stained with Brown Japan - need it to be done ASAP this weekend. Can be a simple Jobs doesn’t need a giant sanding machine. Understand that is not best finish but it’s a small thing don’t over cook it I don’t have tools or Brown Japan stain - materials on top

I have new driveway stainless gutter partiakly installed - its bottom embedded in concrete. It is 4.5m long and 250mm wide. It consists if 5 joints and 5 grills on top. The edges of them do mot quute match to eash other. I want the edjes bent bit and welded together, so they look nice. We can put some patch on the outside to make it stronger. Also need to weld stainless bolts/handles on the sides to be embedded in concrete, so the edges stick to concrete and do not push on the grills. II gave my estimate based on 3h job. I will pay more if we need more time. On the other hand, if you finish earlier I have other similar tasks to weld to use my 3h. I will be helping you. We can discuss details over the phone. This is a frontyard job, so it has to look nice. I expect you having over 2 years experience doing stainless weldings, and a proper welder and other welding tools. The quote should include your consumables like gas and stainless wire. I have 10A power points nearby.
