Find a professional staining service in NSW

We've recently moved into a house where one section of wooden floorboards is coloured differently to the nearby sections. We would like that section of floor restained so that it better matches the rest of the house. We know it likely won't be possibly to perfectly match the colour - that's fine, we just want the difference to be less obvious. The area measures approximately 3.5m x 3.5m. We don't know what wood the floorboards are made of, nor what stains or products have been used. The house is from around 1900. We are seeking someone to: - Sand that area of floor back, - Stain the floorboards to better match the rest of the house, and - Apply a new topcoat. We will pay for the stain and top coat - but would appreciate your expertise to choose and purchase the right products to use, particularly to best match the colour. The house is currently empty so there's no furniture etc to work around. We will have some people painting the house at the same time but will make sure they are not in your way. Work can be carried out any time between Sat 15 Aug to Thu 20 Aug. There's free street parking outside and it's usually not difficult to find a spot. An AC contractor accidentally spilt some kind of glue or something on my deck. I would like to get this removed, im assuming it may need to be sanded and repainted (use aquadeck decking oil when i recoat). Maybe glue can be removed with heavy duty cleaning?

If you are a stainless fabricator with suitable offcuts, this could be a good small job. Do you have any 304 brushed stainless offcuts large enough for three small benchtop sections and a splashback? I need supply, fabrication and installation I have a very small kitchen and would like to cover the existing benchtop with 304 stainless steel, plus cover the existing tiled splashback with matching stainless steel. This is a rental property, so I want something very hard-wearing, practical and easy to clean. Approximate benchtop sizes There are 3 separate sections: Note sink part has to have all sides covered . * Sink section: approx. 135 cm long * Cooktop/oven section: approx. 70 cm long * Back section with no cut-outs: approx. 142 cm long Depth is approximately 60 cm, but all measurements are rough. You will need to measure properly before fabrication. There is an existing sink and cooktop that need to be worked around. Splashback I want the existing tiled splashback completely covered with 304 stainless steel. I would prefer the stainless splashback to match the benchtop. You will need your own sander, oil/paint and materials. 4x4m wood deck. It's in good condition (as in no rotting), but needs a sand to remove some left over mould and then to oil. As we seem to have a few days of sunshine, I'd like this done ASAP. There is plenty of parking and I might be able to get you an undercover park too. There is a lift to the floor then one flight of internal stairs. An easy job but needed before Wed 15th April. Thanks

I have a small rectangle 1m x 3.5m of floor that needs to be sanded and stained with Brown Japan - need it to be done ASAP this weekend. Can be a simple Jobs doesn’t need a giant sanding machine. Understand that is not best finish but it’s a small thing don’t over cook it I don’t have tools or Brown Japan stain - materials on top
