The task seems easy and I plan to DIY , I have all materials and did one window by myself, but it’s hard to finish all as I have to take care baby and it’s dusty when sanding. The area around the openable part of the window has been slightly affected by rain and sunlight, so there's some minor mould and will need a bit cleaning and more sanding. The rest of the window is in good condition and only needs light sanding, stain and varnish. I’d like to keep the original colour as much as possible. Accidentally dropped turmeric on the carpet, tried to remove it with stain remover but didn’t work. Need to get the stain removed asap and looking good as new.

There is a stain that permanently cant be removed on carpet. That part of carpet needs to be changed (either stain should be removed or that part of carpet should be replaced)

I have a 3m long solid oak dining table and looking for a handyman who has had experience in sanding and staining furniture, to help me finish it as I am moving house. The table is currently in my double garage and the work can be done there, so no need to move it. I have already stripped / sanded the table top, just need you to sand the legs and apply a stain in a walnut colour. My decks need staining. There are two areas next to each other, approximately 10.3m2 and 20.7m2.
