*LOCATION IS PORT MELBOURNE i cant update it Needing someone to remove carpet stains due to pet urine. there are 2 stains, one rather small, one larger. it is on a grey carpet. don’t need entire carpet cleaned just the stains gone.

I have just purchased a property that requires 70 square meters of sanding and stain/water based polish across 5 rooms. Carpet and tiles would be removed pre-sanding. The task seems easy and I plan to DIY , I have all materials and did one window by myself, but it’s hard to finish all as I have to take care baby and it’s dusty when sanding. I have a 3m long solid oak dining table and looking for a handyman who has had experience in sanding and staining furniture, to help me finish it as I am moving house. The table is currently in my double garage and the work can be done there, so no need to move it. I have already stripped / sanded the table top, just need you to sand the legs and apply a stain in a walnut colour. This needs to happen this Saturday, I expect there is approximately 4 hours work here and I will purchase the stain.
