Experienced bartender/mixologist for a private event, Albert Park Looking for an experienced bartender/mixologist for a private family celebration in Albert Park on Saturday 17 October. Approximately 40-45 adults, although I expect around 30-35 to be drinking. Event itself runs approximately 4:30–7:00pm, additional time required for setup and pack-down. I am after someone for service of beer, wine, spirts (vodka,gin, scotch) and potentially a small selection of cocktails. I anticipate drinking to be relatively moderate due to the nature of the event. I will supply all alcohol and mixers. Ideally I am looking for someone who can also provide/organise: • Cocktail/bar equipment • Glassware • Ice/ice buckets • Bar setup and pack-down including collection of glassware We have tables available at the venue and are looking for a simple, nicely presented drinks station rather than a mobile bar.
