I'm after 2 people to take care of heating and serving pre- prepared food to guests between 7-11pm on 13th June in St Kilda at a 60th Birthday party for around 70 people. The venue has its own kitchen for us to use and it should be a relaxed straightforward night. Please let me know if you are available, what previous experience you have and anything else relevant. This task is paying $170 each. Thanks PS. I have assigned one person to this task and AirTasker closed it off... just in case anyone is wondering why it has been posted twice. It won't let me get in touch with anyone who has contacted me already. It says "task assigned" - rather frustrating... So, even if you have offered to help previously, please get back in touch. Cheers!

Hiya! I need an assistant for my wedding to take some tasks off my plate. This gig is from 4pm until 8pm. It's basically a staggered to do list: - press play on a laptop at set times for music - meet the caterers and help them put the trays on the buffet table - let me know if anything comes up so I can deal with it (unlikely but still) - that's pretty much it! For the most part you'll just be hanging out and watching the fun, and enjoying some drinks and food :)
