Hi there I’m throwing a party for around 40-50 guests. We would love some help with: - setting up and running a bartending station (pouring wines and making a small number of cocktails); - serving guests; - help with setting up for the party beforehand; - doing some light cleaning/tidying up as the party progresses; - generally keeping the party running smoothly; - providing a shopping list and having a prep discussion in the lead up to the night. Our offer assumes 1 hour prep before the party so you can setup and get the bar ready. And therefore the time of the job is 4.5 hours — from 6.30pm to around 11pm. Happy to pay you for any extra time if needed. Preference for airtaskers with hospitality and private party hosting experience. Thanks!

We're getting A1 bakery catering for an event in December for 80 people. We have disposable plates and cutlery, just need someone to heat the food (will come in foil and might need a little more heating) and serve onto platters for a buffet table. We'd also like to have the table kept tidy throughout service and some food staggered. Services will be required for a few hours over dinner (likely 5:30-8:30) The venue has a commercial kitchen and is in West Brunswick.
