Looking for someone to do the floor tiling of a 12.5 square meter room at my house in Bayswater

The silicon in my showers are in bad shape, it goes all along the bottom and up the walls in all four corners. I want the silicon to be pulled out (easy with a stanley knife) and to be grouted instead with white grout.

Wanting Quote for Bathroom to be re-tiled 1. Floor Only: I would like a Quote for removal of old tiles on floor & install my supplied tiles, it would also require the shower are to be stepped down. Est 3.5sqm. 2. A Quotation for tilling the Bathroom floor & walls + installation of a new toilet. Est 15.8sqm I would remove all existing item in the Bathroom (eg. toilet, Vanity & shower, fittings) You would have to supply all other equipment and materials to complete the job. I will re-install the glass shower walls, Vanity & fittings. Flexible with dates but would like it completed within the next 2 Months.

Require shower screen to be installed and shower recess regrouted. Previous owner of the property had removed the shower screens due to disability requirements.

I need two standard showers de-grouted (shower walls need de-grouting and then re-grouting) the shower floors and perimeter need grouting. High moisture readings in walls. Please see details below: Main bathroom: grout missing from the perimeter joints, the floor and wall grout is porous and there are cracked 1st row wall tiles. Perimeter, floor joints and walls need addressing. Tile cracks need to be grouted. Currently water is being absorbed beneath the tiles resulting in high water readings 1 tile high. Summary: Perimeter and floor joints need grouting and walls (x2) need de-grouting and re-grouting. Ensuite bathroom (similar issue): Grout in the shower floor and wall joints is porous and deteriorated. Crazed and cracked tiles have also been noted on the hob and 1st row (will need the cracks grouted to seal it). This is allowing water to be absorbed beneath the tiles resulting in highwater readings 2 tiles high on the side wall and 7 tiles high on the tap wall. This has caused damage to the bathroom wall and adjoining walls. Summary: Standard Perimeter and Floor Joints to be grouted and shower walls x2 to be De-grouted and then re-grouted in ensuite shower.

Actual porcelain floor tiles have been removed but the residual glue is still in place. Need the glue to be removed in preparation for new tiling.

Installation of carpet tiles in rumpus room. 8 x 6 room with a staircase in one corner. Will need to move items around and vacuum floor. Brand new floor tiles 500mm2. To be installed with a suitable adhesive. Should be minimal cutting for main room just around stairs

Tile laundry splashback (~1.5 m2) with subway tiles and finish off 1.4m of tile skirting trim.

I'm looking for someone to re-grout and seal the shower and floor in ensuite. Pretty much do whatever ever needs to be done to make the area look fresh and clean again. See photos, happy to hear suggestions as to what needs to be done.

Tiler required to make good and replace wall tiles behind laundry and vanity and a tile strip along floor level. 1.4sqm wall tiles (splash back) 15cmx15cm ceramic white with black grout. 1sqm wall tile floor level strip 20cm x 20cm white ceramic with white grout.
