All rubbish to be removed from apartment and put into onsite rubbish bin upon completion. The work includes site measurement, preparation and set-out; dry-laying both systems; cutting tiles accurately around walls, fences, door frames, posts and perimeter areas; and installing all tiles square, secure and stable while maintaining the existing drainage fall. All exposed edges must be professionally finished so no plastic backing, connector tabs, sharp edges or trip hazards remain. Suitable Acacia edging/trim and a low-profile transition must be installed where required. The junction between the Acacia timber and Tuscan stone must be straight, neat, secure and as flush as practicable. The two different click systems must not be forced together unless compatibility is physically confirmed. A small sample/test section must be completed first to confirm alignment, heights, drainage, cutting quality, stability and edge/transition finish before the full installation proceeds.

I need new tiles in my kitchen. Tiles will be splashback behind hotplate (wall 1), behind sink (wall 2) and the wall lips (part of the wall that joins the window). Tiles dont go high - only 60cm up the wall. Tiles and grout provided. Plaster(?) behind grout may be needed. Will need to cut some tiles, but not many. Alternatively measure and quote to replace all the vinyl bathroom tiles with a similar pattern tile as soon as possible. Unfortunately we don't have any spare tiles to match with.
