I have a Singer 7422 sewing machine that is having some problems. While sewing, the thread keeps getting tangled underneath the fabric and gets caught around the bobbin area. The thread also sometimes bunches up into a large knot, and the machine stops/sticks. Now the thread is not forming stitches or catching properly on the fabric. I have already removed the tangled thread and re-threaded the machine, but the problem is still happening.

Sew edging around a 2.5m fabric. Just edging nothing else.

I currently have an influx of old and new stuff that I would like to rework into new items and designs. I have a sewing machine however don’t have the hours to commit. Per item made. I will pay the maker per piece depending on complexity. To give example the first pieces I would like to create a dress from large shirts that I have on hand. I have purchased a pattern piece for this desired look and would be in search of someone who can articulate my design into a finished rework/upcycled piece.
