Can only give minimal assistance at both places, such as holding entrance door open. Large van/truck can be parked on street. Smaller van can be parked in driveway.

I need some hard rubbish removed from Research at 4pm on 26/2. It needs to be 4pm. Assorted boxes, cardboard, steel, small furniture. Access is down a log narrow driveway - 3rd townhouse in set of 3. If you are great at backing a trailer or van then all good, otherwise you might need to park at top of drive and carries good up. Nothing too heavy so 1 person can manage.

Remove green waste and dispose from my backyard, can pull up the driveway. 50m walk to get the green waste.

A small 2 seater couch, double bed fabric base and double bed matress (both relatively light). Couch and matress at Research location, will need to STOP via Roseanna (on the way) to pick up base and then finish at Carlton. It’s an apartment but has drive in ground access and a lift so should be easy moving. Need van not truck as pickup location has trees.
