Remove tenant's signs, lettering and distinctive marks from the premises and car park, and repair any damage caused by those signs, lettering, distinctive marks or their removal. 4. Reinstate all base building services — including ceiling tiles, lighting, fire sprinklers, smoke detectors, air conditioning ducts and registers, thermostats and sensors — to their open plan base building location and condition as at the date the tenant first occupied the premises. 5. Leave all lessor furniture and property in good working order and condition (returning the table to its original position) 6. Repaint all parts of the interior of the premises with two coats of good quality paint. 7. Return all flooring to its original condition, including steam cleaning 8. Re-globe lights as required, including exit and emergency lighting. Approximately 5 cubic metres square of rubbish needs to be removed from 9th and 10th floors of an office in the Melbourne CBD.
