It consists mostly of recycling and unwanted household goods following a decluttering session—there is no food waste. Need to move 5 very old, very heavy rugs from a Kindergarten to my van so they can be taken to the tip and disposed of. I need 2 able bodied, fit strong people to help for no more than 30 mins.
