The Mattress (2000 x 2000 x 350 mm, approximately 60-80kg) needs to be lifted or hoisted over the first floor balcony glass balustrade from adjacent street sidewalk or courtyard. The balcony balustrade is high but not very strong and can't have any load applied to it. The mattress must be lifted clean over the balustrade. The height of the balustrade is 1700 mm and the height from the courtyard ground to the top of the balustrade is 5100 mm. There is also a second floor roof top above the first floor balcony if that is useful. The rooftop wall is 1560 mm tall and the wall top sits 4900 mm above the balcony floor.
