Overview Supply of labour and materials to cut, install, and weatherproof three (3) roof penetrations on an existing flat metal warehouse roof. All penetrations must be sealed to prevent water ingress. Scope of Works 1. SolarKing Solar Roof Ventilation Fans (x2) Cut two (2) openings in the flat metal roof sheeting to suit SolarKing solar-powered roof fans Install flashing/base plate to each penetration in accordance with manufacturer specifications Seal all edges and fastener points with appropriate roof sealant Ensure watertight installation with no potential for ponding or water tracking 2. Roof Access Hatch (x1) Cut one (1) opening in the flat metal roof sheeting to suit a 600mm x 600mm roof access hatch Install hatch frame and upstand/kerb to the roof structure Flash and seal the hatch perimeter to ensure a watertight finish Confirm hatch opens, closes, and latches correctly after installation 3.
