Find a professional roller shutter repair in Melbourne

I have two manual winder operated window roller blinds that have both broken. One has seized up and the handle will not wind in either direction. The other one the shutters have disconnected. See photos attached. This is on the first story balcony of a Victroian terrace house. As both blinds are locked down, external access is required via a ladder from the front of the house. I either need to them repaired, or if this is too difficult or expensive, then I would like to have them both removed. This needs to be done by a professional and not a general handyman. Please provide details of your past experience in repairing manual roller blinds. I have set a notional budget of $750 but this is not a fixed priced job as it needs to be diagnosed first.

After someone to come and repair our Somfy brand external electric motorised roller shutter. It has become jammed halfway, now is closed and won't open. The engine still makes a sound and is running fine.

Electric roller shutter was obstructed which jammed it while going down and it has since stopped working. Motor spins but seems like it's come off oys spool.

External shutter on upstairs window was removed and then refitted when we had our weatherboards replaced. We've since discovered two problems: 1) The frame of the shutter has been put back higher than it should be, this stops us from opening the window 2) The roller is stuck in the closed position and will not open. I’ve a roller shutter on a second story that no longer lifts. It’s electric. The motor runs but shutter doesn’t raise. Need a service, repair or motor replacement? Not sure! The shutter is on a second floor inside an eve. It’s approximately 1.6m wide and regular window drop.

For inspection first. I have two roller shutters on my upstairs townhouse, one at the front and one at the back. The roller shutter at the front covers two awning windows, with the frame positioned between the centre of the windows. The roller shutter at the back only allows about 10 cm of the window to open, if that. I’m looking for advice and assistance on the best solution. Can the shutters be repositioned, such as angled, to allow the windows to open? Should they be removed, or is there an alternative solution? Photos are attached for reference.
