We want to move and replace the side gate and fence with something like a rapid fence 1130 x 1800 classic white PVC gate and side panel available at Bunnings. Replace a section of the retaining wall in a couple of sections. Section 1 would be in a bin enclosure space, being 800mm deep on either side and 1900mm wide at the back and 600mm high. Section 2 is a retaining wall off the bin enclosure space approximately 5000m long and 400mm high. Section 3 is at the edge of the alfresco that would have steps on one side approximately 1200mm wide and 3-4 steps, and then a floating bench seat with a planter box on either side. We would like remove a small section of the pergola roof to straighten the alfresco roof line up and then over section 2 of the retaining wall add an open roof pergola from the fence or retaining back to the house - refer to pictures with the white open roof pergola as an AI generated image as an example. All rubbish removed from site after completion

Pull the retaining wall apart, Remove the up rites. Replace the with steel up rites flush mounted as per the example in the photo. Re use any of the sleepers that are in good condition, replace the others, Red gum. Install drainage behind the wall if it is nit already there. In your reply please explain how you will do the job, and what machinery you have to do the job. In your budget allow for labour, plus materials. Materials will need to be variable, as we do not know if you can salvage any sleepers.
