Steps 1-5 Retaining wall 3 sleepers high. Steps 6-15 Retaining wall 2 sleepers high. Importantly - Retaining wall to be soundly built and positioned to enable brick steps to be installed thereafter. Retaining Wall to be constructed of Steel posts and treated pine sleepers.

A project to repair an existing retaining wall. Height less than 1 meter, and total length less than 30m. Replace existing timber posts with steel ones and replace rotten timber sleepers. Ideally, start ASAP, but I can wait up to a couple of weeks (not months). - Due date: Flexible
