I’m looking for a skilled renderer who can complete approximately 35m² of rendering in my alfresco area. I need someone who can supply all materials and complete the installation. I need to have someone that can render a e posed brick wall of my house

Looking for someone experienced with render repair and exterior painting to tidy up my front porch wall. The wall has some cracks, uneven patches and areas where the render needs smoothing before repainting. Job includes: • Inspect wall for cracks or loose render • Patch and repair damaged areas • Smooth and sand uneven sections • Prime and repaint wall (exterior paint to match house) • Clean up after job The wall is not large (small front porch area including front and side wall). Need to have the top of pillar rendered close. And potentially render the said pillar nicer with stacked stone or tiles.

I need an area of approximately 5 square metres of Bester Blocks rendered. The area is the back and bottom of a garden seat.

I am looking for an experienced renderer to apply a smooth cement render finish to an external brick wall. Task Details: • Total Surface Area: Approximately 115 m2 More or less • Brick Type: Standard face brick with a textured "splatter" finish (see attached photos). • Finish Required: Smooth, professional cement render finish, ready for painting. • What I’m looking for This task : 1. Supply all materials (sand, cement, lime/plasticiser, and bonding agents). 2. Install PVC or metal corner beads for all external corners. 3. Ensure all weep holes (if applicable) remain clear and functional. 4. Apply render coats to achieve a flat, level surface over the textured bricks. 5. Requiring the external of the perimeter of our house rendered. To be colour texture render. Majority is brickwork, area above the garage and 2x portal frame will be blue board requiring texture render.

Repair and re render the section of front wall that was knocked off

Just knocked down some small retaining wall at the front of the house. Looking to patch up the joining areas. Will need to grind down some of the protruding brick and patch up the sand finish render. 6 small spots.

We have built an outdoor barbecue/kitchen area out of brick on our veranda. Although most will eventually be stone clad , i’m wanting it rendered first. My estimate is that it is about 14 square metres. (ignore the ticks and crosses on the pics. These show what areas will ultimately be stone clad and which will remain exposed render). Not sure on the colour but it would be something grey/ cream/beige. Would like price to include both the render and the labour. I don’t know if this helps, but we have heaps of yellow/brickies sand available. Would need to be careful of our timber decking. (We do have a roll of cardboard sheet if this helps). Would like done as soon as possible.

Needing plastering, render and white set to internal brick walls. 2 bedrooms (3mx 3.4m), 1 x lounge room (3.6mx7m) and 1 x small bathroom (2.6m x 1.8m). 50% of rendering in rooms already done (shown in photo), Bathroom is still bare brick to 4 walls.
