I have had some renovations done and have patches of exposed brick which need to be rendered.

Need a couple of rooms (living room/ kitchen and theatre) in my house painted with some rendering due to damaged and uneven surfaces.

Hi, Recently a renderer came to repair some damage to a render wall and he used a dunlop acrylic bag mix but the texture did not match existing texture enough and his finish was a bit too fine and not sandy enough i think. The small repair is done I just need a quick coat of render to match the existing finish. Then I will paint whole wall.

The pillar has cracks and damage on all 4 sides. The repair work required includes fixing the cracks, repairing the render, and repainting the pillar to match the existing colour. Please refer to the attached photos showing all four sides of the pillar for assessment.

We have built an outdoor barbecue/kitchen area out of brick on our veranda. Although most will eventually be stone clad , i’m wanting it rendered first. My estimate is that it is about 14 square metres. (ignore the ticks and crosses on the pics. These show what areas will ultimately be stone clad and which will remain exposed render). Not sure on the colour but it would be something grey/ cream/beige. Would like price to include both the render and the labour. I don’t know if this helps, but we have heaps of yellow/brickies sand available. Would need to be careful of our timber decking. (We do have a roll of cardboard sheet if this helps). Would like done as soon as possible.
