I’m looking for an experienced renderer or handyman with acrylic render experience to repair a small cavity in an exterior rendered wall next to a doorbell. Important notes (please read): This is a rendered masonry wall, not plasterboard Plaster or gyprock compounds must NOT be used Repair must be done using acrylic (polymer-modified) render and blended to match the existing texture Scope of work: Tidy and secure existing low-voltage doorbell wiring Install backing support inside the cavity if required Patch and repair the hole using acrylic render Texture-match surrounding render Prepare surface for paint (no painting required) Reattach doorbell if required Details: Small repair (roughly doorbell-sized – see photo) Exterior wall No major electrical work required Doorbell can be temporarily removed and re-mounted after repair (please confirm if you include re-mounting) Please let me know: Your experience with acrylic render repairs Examples of similar work (if available) Availability and estimated time on site

We have already done a base paint to the wall but I want it to look “rendered”. I’ve attached a photo of what I want it to look like. The photo is also attached of what it currently looks like.

Apply Acrylic Render to roughly about 30 meters of walls below the awning. See attached pictures. Walls are 2.5 meters high. Should be an easy one.

Have two holes/gaps in a bathroom of an old art deco apartment that need rendering. One is where a shaving mirror used to be about 60cm x 60cm. Not very deep. Another is where a sink built into the wall used to be about 20cm deep and 50cm long. Access is difficult due to the install of a new vanity. Ideally need completed by Friday.
