Render repair on a large wall defect

This is a a storage room under the house which we want to use more regularly and be able to walk into it (access is from inside of the house). It is roughly 6m by 1.25m. I am after a skilled handyman to finish this and tidy it up. - Connect the floor drainage, fill and concerete (all parts available). - clean and paint the ceiling (I have paint) - render all the walls (white cement and lime render- I have cement mixer and required supply) - cut and lay the concerete pavers at the raised area properly and mortar around them. - clean and paint the floor (I have paint) - make a woodframe around the opening and cut a cementsheet to be screwed to it (or hinged) - I have wood and cementsheet. Price for all your labour to do this (I will provide all the materials/consumables). I hope someone to start soon and get this done by end of next week.
