I need a hand today moving a heavy 2 seater sofa bed. It was delivered to the wrong spot and left out on the front porch, so it needs to come inside and down to a room on the floor below. There are about 14 steps. The sofa is solid and definitely a two-person lift, so I’m after one strong, capable person to take one end while I take the other. It should be quick, probably 5 minutes. I just need it sorted today, as it’s currently sitting outside.

Help unloading a removal truck, Mon 29 June, around 12pm I've got a removals team (2 guys and a truck) bringing my furniture up from Sydney to my new house. I need one person at the house to help speed things up. Should take less than 2 hours. When: Monday 29 June, starting around 12pm (when the removalists arrive from Sydney). I'll know the exact time on the day and can give you 2 hours' notice. What I need help with: Carrying boxes and smaller items in from the truck while the removalists handle the big furniture Giving the removalists a hand now and then when a bigger item needs an extra pair of hands The place: Two-storey house. One flight of stairs down to the house from the street, then two flights of stairs inside. No lift. Mostly light to moderate lifting (boxes and smaller bits), with the odd heavier item when the removalists need a hand Good to know: I've injured my hip and shoulder, so I won't be able to lift or help on the day I'm paying for 2 hours (even though I estimate about 90 minutes). If it runs over, I'll pro-rata the extra

Carrying a number of bags, two washing machines, some smaller furniture items down internal stairs and external stairs or down a slope outside to the kerbside. Two strong people will be required - I estimate the job will take 1-2 hours - you will need to bring your own furniture trolley for the washing machines. Some bags are heavy/smelly - all left behind from bad tenants. Job needs to be complete before Monday 25.5.26 afternoon.

I need furniture and other items (e.g. paintings) moved from my office to an office centre. The items include: - 2 office desks - 3 office chairs - 5 or so boxes - armchair - 2 seater couch - 2 bookshelves - miscellaneous items The job will take about 3-4 hours for a couple of people working together. There are stairs and a steep climb at the home office, but there is a lift in the office centre. It would be ideal if the move can be Sunday (16th) afternoon/evening or Monday. We can be flexible on the timing. Pickup location: Horsfield Bay NSW 2256, Australia Drop-off location: Woy Woy NSW, Australia Removals size: A few items Stairs: At both places
