We’re looking for assistance tomorrow, Wednesday 6th November, from approx 12pm which includes: 1. Moving house items from Elanora Heights (4.2 km to the new location in Warriewood). 2. Dropping off items at storage (Kennards, 6.8 km away). 3. Making a tip run with unwanted items (6.4 km from our current house to the local tip). Details: - Locations: All within close proximity, forming a triangle route (storage is en route to the new place or vice versa is on route to the tip). - Access: Current house is single level with 5-6 steps (first picture for reference of the driveway too - easy access); new place is a side-access granny flat with no steps. Storage is at Kennards with trolleys for convenience. - Truck Size: Ideally, a truck that can handle items for all three stops in one trip. Alternatively, we can make separate runs to each location. - Flexibility: We may need additional help with other items on the day as we prep for the move. Items to Move: To the new Place: King bed mattress and split ensemble base Tall boy x 2 Low boy small filing cabinet Toy storage x 2 To storage: Washing machine TV x 2 Wood storage box King single beds and mattresses x 2 (unassembled) Webber BBQ Gardening items, lawn mower, storage items. Ad hoc boxes and smaller items Tip Run: Refer to attached image (additional items may be added as we continue to clear out). Possible Additional Items for Storage (currently listed for sale, so may not need moving): Dining table & chairs. Fridge x 2 Above is a rough guide and may change slightly. Need to move a 2 bedroom house. But also a full garage of business stuff and storage boxes. Some of the main items - King bed frame and mattress 2 tall boys 1 big wooden chest 1 small wooden chest 1 two seater lounge 1 recliner 1 coffee table 1 tv cabinet 1 concrete dinning table that is long and heavy and very fragile 1 wall unit 2 wardrobes (flat pack ones) 1 book shelf Some potted plants Bicycle Garden tools Tool box 2 office desks They are the main items the rest are boxes but a fair few boxes. I will need an 8-10 tonne truck. I did move a few months ago and had a 4.5 tonne truck and I had to do two trips, even at a request of a bigger truck. So I’d love this move to be smoother and have a bigger truck and do it in one move. Pick up address has unfortunately got a big set of front steps, drop off address also has front steps but only 3, and at drop off address most stuff will go into the garage which we can reverse up too. My mom has a bunch of furniture in her storage shed that needs to be removed, popped into a van/truck and taken back to her house. Some items might not be salvageable, some items will be fine. She needs someone with a van/truck/Ute that can help her view the items, see which ones are worth saving, and those that are, take them back to her place and help put them in her house. Probably need two people for this as she’s a bit older and won’t be able to carry as much - Due date: Flexible

Need help moving into our new apartment from Elanora Heights 2101 to Balgowlah 2093 NSW (14km trip) tomorrow Tuesday 10th August (around 2pm). Will require 2 movers to help move the following items: - queen bed base (will already be deconstructed) - queen bed mattress - couch - fridge - bedside table - armchair - glass coffee table - boxes of kitchen items and clothes We will have the items in the driveway ready to move.
