Previous house tenants left a lot of junk and old building materials under our house. We are looking for a tasker to remove all of it, and take it to the tip in their own vehicle. Our goal is to completely empty the space. From what we can see, there are piles of building materials like tiles, an old bbq, old deck chair, some old gym equipment, wooden doors and possibly some remnants of wooden furniture, large sheets of wood. There may be other items we haven’t spotted. Important to note, the materials will need to be brought up to street level via our inclinator cart (80cm x 120cm, holds up to 250kg) — this is the only access to the house. So airtasker will need their own equipment to break down larger junk into smaller pieces in order to remove it from our property. The under house space is easy to access in that someone 5”5’ can stand almost fully upright for about half the space, and crouched at the very end. There is a light in the space, but ideally airtasker would bring some additional portable lighting to help with visibility while clearing. REQUIREMENTS: 1. airtasker must have own vehicle (truck or ute) to transport the junk to the tip. 2. airtasker must have ability to break down large items (saw or similar equipment may be needed) in order to fit the bigger items into our incliantor cart so they can be removed from house. 3. airtasker must have the Strength to lift and carry heavy pieces. 4. Optional: bring portable lights to better light up the under house space while working. I have rented two vans and need help loading some items from my garage into them at 8am today in Seaforth There is no furniture or heavy items, it’s small plastic containers and loose items. They are being unloaded into a self storage unit in Brookvale. My wife and I will be there helping too.
