The role includes: * Meeting the house sitters at the agreed time (Thursday 5pm) ideally * Remaining present while they collect their belongings and leave. * Witnessing the return of all keys, remotes and access devices. * Taking some photos and/or video of the property once they have left. * Confirming the property has been vacated and all doors/windows are secured. This is primarily an observation and handover role. I do not expect any confrontation.
