Property inspections are a huge part of real estate, whether you own an investment property that needs regular inspections, or you’re planning to buy a property that’s listed for sale. Rental inspections are scheduled ahead of time so your tenant has plenty of notice to tidy up. Your property manager will do a walk-through and take photos of each room and outside areas so you can check your home is in good condition. Property management
Aside from regular inspections, your property manager deals with a range of other services on behalf of you, as the landlord. Hello, I need someone, dressed professionally to attend a rental inspection for me on Monday at 12:15 pm. I need you to arrive at least five minutes early. You will need an iPhone 15 or newer, or a phone with a stabiliser. I need footage of the property taken from the outside capturing the street in immediate area. Capturing the full front facade of the house, including gardens, etc Internal inspection, room by room. And just talk to me throughout the footage explain explaining any potential issues.
