Install / fix pool vacuum due to reduce suction in membrane pool filter. Recently cleaned but suction only maintained at 60%.

Hi Guys, We have a fairly old pool that I think is concrete / pebblecrete. I think we'd like to give it a serious makeover including: 1) Surface rejuvenation. There are rust marks and discolouration 2) Cracked wall area attaching to a small spa (which we never use) 3) Re-tiling the lip around the pool and adjacent area 4) Likely a new pool filtration system and chlorinator I can send photos if that helps.
