Water is leaking through the shower tiled floor cracks into the walls around (hallway, laundry, toilet) damaging the gyprock wall that needs to be cutout and replaced. 2. Shower tiled flooring either needs to be property regrouted and sealed. If the tiles are porous as they are old, we can consider replacing the tiles with some waterproofing layer beneth. 3. Replaced gyprock board (small area of 2 SQM) needs to be painted. I think this is a tiny job of 15 mins or so 4. Properly seal all areas including taps, kitchen, laundry
