Need to connect new ritic controller and replace retic tap - job half done

Want to install a free standing dishwasher, currently no plumbing for dishwasher installed. Will need to run long hose to dishwasher (if it can be done)

One of Retics broken and leaking and has made hole in the ground. Need repairing the retic pipe.

We have a potential leak but don’t know where it’s coming from either from jets or skimmer box Need someone who has a leak detector that can tell us where so we know where to look under the concrete

Have two toilets that are not working properly. First toilet: leaking water from where seal is (see photo), constant trickling and will not flush at all Second toilet: makes dripping sound when not in use, and loud steam engine whooshing sound when flushed
