6 simple jobs for a plumber - we already have bought the new taps, kitchen sink mixer, spouts, shower head with hose and cistern. We just need a plumber to replace the existing: 1) Replace kitchen sink mixer with new one we’ve bought 2) Replace downstairs bathroom taps (2 taps) with new ones 3) Replace upstairs bathroom sink - 2 taps and spout 4) Replace upstairs bathtub - 2 wall taps and spout 5) Upstairs bathroom shower - replace 2 wall taps and shower head and hose 6) Replace old cistern with another cistern we already have. As mentioned, no need to provide the new taps/spouts/kitchen sink mixer, cistern, shower head and hose, we have all those already. We just need you to remove old fixtures and replace with the new ones.

Need to replace our current water filter with a new one (refer to pics). The new one is in the box (Stefani)

Toilet is constantly running after being flushed. Button needs to be pressed quickly a few times for it to stop.

I need to install a toilet in the bathroom

In the upstairs if the house vanity, water flow is slow and no drain well. I clean out the S bend under the vanity and empty everything in S bend pipe or U pipe under vanity. Reassemble it but slow no flow . So the blockage will be at further down to the toilet floor area. Need a plumber with ideas and tools to deal with this slightly difficult blockage. Not sure what might be your rate so provide the quote and ignore my list price. For example, you can quote fix cost , which is ideal or call out fee to take a look.

Noticed that part of the bathroom floor is damp. Have traced back to under the toilet. Can't see any obvious leak from the toilet, but based on the floor that seems to be where the damp is coming from.
