Scope of works:- – Eave Repair • Replace a cracked section of 3mm cement sheet eave lining. Damage was caused during a previous installation of steel eave grilles by an electrician. The electrician only patched and painted, but the repair line is visible It requires proper replacement for a clean, seamless finish. This is a Straightforward job (no complex carpentry) Task 2 – Ceiling Patch • Fill and repair 2 small ceiling holes left from a relocated bathroom exhaust fan • Includes patching, sanding, and painting to match existing ceiling I have attached photo’s.

I need someone to patch 1 small section of broken drywall, move 2 cable pass through wall plates by about 60 cm to the left and patch up the 2 holes left from the previous cable wall plates. Wall needs to be painted after work in done. Paint will be provided. PS...there is a tv wall mount in the way that I dont want to remove. 30cm*12cm hole in the wall. Want to get that fixed. All the material is to be brought by you

I removed a post-card sized item from a wall and the blue tack tore a couple of small pieces of the drywall paper from the wall. Need it repaired. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 25 August 2023
