There are marks/stains on the walls and some damaged areas that need plastering/patching before repainting. Just general wear and tear, but a few spots need proper fixing. Hi we’re moving out and have some gaps in some walls which need repairing. It’s a townhouse with some cracks upstairs and some downstairs. Some of the walls wheee the cracks are, are around 15 meters long so we’re not sure if we can get away with not painting or whether it needs to be done too. Keen to get this done soon and open to all offers so we can patch up before we move out.

I need to extend my existing plasterboard wall backward by about 5–10 inches. This would involve modifying less than half of the wall by creating a boxed section to accommodate my new toilet.

Had a plumbing leak that’s been fixed. Now I need the plaster patched. I have the cutouts to make it easier. Needs to be a perfect finish as it’s the first wall you see as you enter the studio. I have timber you can use as Battons. You provide putty. Tape and you sand. Thanks.
