Pls note I already found a retail can provide the matching cornice. I can order and have it delivered to my house. The job is labor cost only. We have newly build 2 wardrobes (in 2 seperate rooms), need some experienced plasterer to do the jobs below: 1. The gaps and damaged cornice in the pictures need to be filled and sealed properly. 2 rooms condition is different, one is better than the other. 2. Need to close the area above the wardrobes top with chip boards and apply cornice to match each room. 3. Some small gaps in the other areas also need to be fixed in the house. 4. Need the plaster surface ready for paint. Each wardrobe size: 2.5m width x 60cm deep x 2.37m Height, both wardrobes are the same size. Ceiling height: 2.7m The cost only applies for the labor charges. I have already found a retail can provide the matching cornice. I can order and have it delivered to my house. Happy to pay for extra of the other materials if needed. The job doesn’t require painting. We will paint later ourselves.
