Find professional local plasterers in Neutral Bay

I’ve just had a new plasterboard suspended ceiling installed and it was installed over previous down lights. The down lights are now suspended between the true ceiling and the suspended ceiling. I need an electrician to access the lights and disconnect them/cut them off so that there aren’t active lights in an enclosed space in my ceiling. Feel free to ask any questions as this isn’t my area of expertise so this may not make sense! The down lights (4) are pictured previously on the timber planks. The timber planks have now been replaced with plasterboard.

Need to apply Putty/ Filler on a section of a wall and painted over with it matching the current wall colour - White.

Drywall repair. 1x hole about the size of a hand, 2x holes from hooks. Photos attached. Wall will be repainted separately - this work is solely the repairs and finish, ready to then be repainted later when the whole wall is repainted.

Three picture frames to be hung. Two on cement wall and one on plaster board. Frames approximately 3kg each. Toothed picture bracket (provided) needs to go onto screw (not provided).

Hang 4 big picture frames that have jerseys in them. Hang 2 smaller ones that are A4 size. All hung on gyprock walls.

I have installed new heat lights in bathroom and now need to repair where old system was prior, hole in ceiling. Also removed old PowerPoints so now need patching.

- Plaster / render / make good 2.5 small walls (approx 6-7m sq total) - Plaster on 2 door frames to be squared-up. It has been patched by previous owners and they’ve done a lousy job. (Will attach photos later) - re-Render one side of a door frame / panel that’s cracking and about to fall off. I can remove the existing plaster back to brick. Much of the scraping back of old material has been done and now we need someone to render / plaster the walls to make good for painting. Please note - it’s a 1920’s apartment and the existing plaster is old, thick and crumbly. - Due date: Before Sunday, 29 January 2023
