Replace a piece of gyprock aprox 30 cm x 90 cm which has been water damaged. I will do the painting.

Carefully unmount two wall-mounted TV units, ensuring all brackets and fittings are removed without damage to the wall. Repair small cutout holes in the plasterboard left from previous installations.
