Replace a piece of gyprock aprox 30 cm x 90 cm which has been water damaged. I will do the painting.

Carefully unmount two wall-mounted TV units, ensuring all brackets and fittings are removed without damage to the wall. Repair small cutout holes in the plasterboard left from previous installations. This includes properly filling the hole, sanding it back for a smooth finish, and applying a matching coat of paint to restore the wall to its original condition.

Remove plaster board bolts, fill in and paint repaired section.

Hole in garage ceiling needs to be gyprocked

I have 2 walls that have holes in gyprock that need to be patched. Pls see attached photo’s. No painting required.

The gyprock false ceiling outside the entrance is sagging. Need it to be fixed.

Following a leak in the roof of the garage / laundry plasterboard ceiling requires patching and repainting. Three locations in total.about 1m2 each

The drywall next to the fridge requires trimming back by 25mm to 30mm to accommodate the fridge. This wall is not load-bearing. The cupboard above houses the electrical box. If trimming the wall is not feasible, the alternative would be to remove the drywall entirely while ensuring the cupboard above, which contains the fuse box, remains securely in place.

Demolish and relay brick column. Demolish and relay bricks between garage intel and cladding. Replace sectional garage door. Gyprock and paint garage wall. Rubbish removal.

Gyprock in the staircase was cut open to install some lights. See photos to assess. Our availability can be discussed as we are available after 3 pm and all weekends. We need the gyprock repaired and painted. There are 10 holes, 2 need little PowerPoint size gyprock piece to cover hole. I have the paint.
