Need this sheeting screwed back up and prepared for painting and an estimate of how much it would be to replace the sheeting and plaster ready for painting if it can't be screwed back up, approximately 6m long not sure of the width

Bathroom ceiling water damaged and needs half the ceiling resheeted. Bathroom is 2300mm wide and one sheet at 1.2m wide by 2.4m would suffice. Need old ceiling cut out, removed and disposed of. New ceiling installed to match existing. Set and sanded ready for us to paint.

Fireplace surround is being replaced and there is some skimming required to get a flat surface on the chimney breast for new surround. Also building a frame to sit between floor and hearth (raise the surround). Happy to omit this last job if you're a plasterer and get carpenter to do the frame :)) - Due date: Flexible
