Three drywall repairs are needed two at the top of the stairs (larger) pictured and one in a bedroom (smaller) pictured. Include patch, sand and paint. If you acn provide before and after photos of previous work that would be great. The larger hole is approx 25-30cm across.

Most likely need a new sheet of drywall installed to the studs of the wall. Most likely needs taping and joint compound. Happy for this to be super rough as I’ll be tiling over this entire section so just needs to be reasonably flush. To clarify- don’t need the thinset adhesive removed/smoothed. Just need drywall installed in the section the holes are.
