The Tilt slab moved and 7 years ago and cracked the walls. my mate fixed it then but there must still be a bit of movement as its cracked again, though not as bad this time. I understand it will keep moving probably but Im happy with a mostly comestic fix. Anything that can be added to help minimise cracks in the future would be good also. Would want painting to be included too. I have the paint code.

One of our bedroom curtain rod brackets has come completely off the wall after an accidental push. The middle bracket is also partially loose and sagging. The wall is plasterboard (drywall) and has sustained minor damage where the screws were pulled out. Details: - Left bracket is fully detached, with wall plugs pulled out and some plaster damage - Middle bracket is loose – one screw is detached, the other is barely holding - Right bracket is still secure and does not require any work - Curtain rod needs to be reinstalled securely with proper support - A small wall patch/repair may be required around the damaged bracket area Looking for someone experienced in: - Patching screw holes and minor damage in plasterboard - Reinstalling curtain brackets with appropriate anchors - Supplying your own tools, screws, and wall plugs Location: Cranbourne, VIC Availability: I’m home until 4 PM on weekdays, and ideally would like the job completed before this Saturday (10th).
