Hi, we need the roof repaired. Part of which was almost ready to fall so we pulled it out to prevent injury if it failed suddenly on someone head, due to high wind. Need it screwed back and plastered to smooth finish & repainted. We are in Craigieburn. Please see pictures. Thanks

Water has caused damage to the roof plaster and a couple sheets need to be replaced, additionally some insulation needs to be replaced. Visible damage is approx 2600 x 1200 area.

My insurance company won’t cover the repairs of the plaster. The water leak has been repaired and rectified. I need the old plaster removed and new plaster installed. Measurements of the job required are in the photos, however it’s 2.14m in length and 95cm in width. I will need a certificate saying your work is within code for the insurance company. They have paid a cash settlement to me I just need the work done.

I'm seeking a tradie to repair the roof lining of my back patio in Cragieburn. The plasterboard and cornices will need to be replaced. I am seeking someone to quote me for both materials and labour. It measures approx 308cm x 394 cm and it about 3m high. The roof lining collapsed several months ago. The area was made safe by my insurance company (all debris removed, electrics disconnected completely) and covered up with chipboard. They determined via a structural engineer that the collapse happened due to installation and construction defects and are not covering it. So I am seeking someone who is willing to do a compliant replacement (see relevant details from engineer report in one of the attached images). I am seeking someone with availability this week on either Tuesday Sept 30, Wednesday Oct 1, Thursday Oct 2 or Friday Oct 3. Parking on site is easy in my driveway and everything is on the ground floor with easy access to the back via the garage. Plastering for a small gap between a newly installed doorframe and the existing wall, approximately 190mm. It should be a 1-hour job. Reasonable quotes will be hired immediately. This needs to be done ASAP, by tomorrow maximum.
