Need Plaster installed and finishing for 2.7m high / 2.7m wide wall. Cornice and architrave aswell. Have limited budget please quote best/cash price. Painting is not required.

There is a big gap between wooden beam and cornice on the ceiling as the adhesive has not worked over time.

Need to remove old ceiling plaster board and replace with a new one in pergola. The measurements are 1400mm x 2800mm.

I’ve had my gas ducted heater removed from my roof cavity in order to prepare for the installation of insulation (and because I only use my split systems). I now have 7 holes around the house on the roof for the old heating vents that need to be re-plastered, approx 25cm diameter. There is also an inlet square hole in the roof about 40cm x 40cm requiring the same, as well as a one inch hole in a wall where the control panel used to be also needing to be re-plastered. If sanding is needed and can be done same day (unsure if this is possible or would need to dry overnight) this would also be part of the job. I will be repainting myself so this will not be part of the job. I am seeking someone who can do this job on a weekend sometime soon (except for this Saturday 10/5).
