I'm seeking a tradie to repair the roof lining of my back patio in Cragieburn. The plasterboard and cornices will need to be replaced. I am seeking someone to quote me for both materials and labour. It measures approx 308cm x 394 cm and it about 3m high. The roof lining collapsed several months ago. The area was made safe by my insurance company (all debris removed, electrics disconnected completely) and covered up with chipboard. They determined via a structural engineer that the collapse happened due to installation and construction defects and are not covering it. So I am seeking someone who is willing to do a compliant replacement (see relevant details from engineer report in one of the attached images). I am seeking someone with availability this week on either Tuesday Sept 30, Wednesday Oct 1, Thursday Oct 2 or Friday Oct 3. Parking on site is easy in my driveway and everything is on the ground floor with easy access to the back via the garage. Plaster wall I broke the plaster tried to fix it but the joints look really thick

Have an opening behind a gas wall heater. Need a plasterer to make a wall niche. I've attached images as examples if what I'm after.

This equates to approximately 77 square meters of ceiling and wall surface area that needs to be repaired, finished, and painted, including skirting. • All hard rubbish and debris from the plastering work must be removed from the site by the plasterer. • A certificate and guarantee must be provided upon completion. • The finished work must achieve a display-home quality finish, with all leftover rubbish cleared by the plasterer.

I need a few holes patched with plaster.

Plastering for a small gap between a newly installed doorframe and the existing wall, approximately 190mm. It should be a 1-hour job. Reasonable quotes will be hired immediately. This needs to be done ASAP, by tomorrow maximum.

I need to fix a small part in the wall as it was broken

Have a few cracks and small hole damage in celling I need fixed. Need to plaster and paint match to have unnoticeable.

I want my air vent removed and controller cut off and re plaster this wall as we no longer using ducted heating. Everything is disconnected just needs covering. App wanted price entered so I put $300 but I really don’t how much this would cost
