Prefer tonight or tomorrow before 2pm. Task: We have 6 picture frames (16 inch x 16 inch) from Kmart that we’d like to hang onto our dry wall above a console. We want it the frames to form a rectangular shape above the console and spaced apart evenly. I have 6x 3M Claw Hangers, however, they don’t work with the current set-up at the moment as the back of the picture frame is quite thick and the bezel doesn’t reach further than the frame hence can’t grip onto the hangers. To sort out your own materials to complete this task but feel free to use the hangers I’ve bought. Only professional picture hangers will be considered as need to be exactly even and hung safely.

Installed some soundproofing which had a peel off adhesive application. Over the years the adhesive seems to have gotten incredibly stuck. I've tried removing a few but evidently this is going to cause more damage. There are also two holes (different incident) which need fixing, if possible. I have a heat gun available to use if helpful. The task is to remove the panels photo'd, and fix the damage/clean the walls

The ceiling cracked with a large hole when I accidentally step through it. The cracked area is about 1m X 0.5m. Need to replace with new plaster board and make it blend in with the rest of the ceiling. No need to paint it as I will do it after it gets dry.

Hi, we are intending to add a shoe cabinet near front entrance. To prepare the job, we need to cut out existing gyprock wall, cut is approx 2000mm length, height same as door, about 400mm deep; Install new timber studs and Gyprock wall to the rear.

Looking for a professional handyman to complete the following (Refer to images): 1. Curtain Rod Repair - The middle curtain rod bracket (1 out of 3) is loose due to damaged drywall (top part of the bracket screw hole is approx 5mm) - Likely needs a wall anchor or toggle bolt to secure properly after fixing drywall 2. Drywall Patch - Small dent in drywall from impact (approx. 10cm x 5cm) - Needs filling, sanding, and smoothing to make it look normal again (white like the rest of the wall). 3. Bookshelf Stabilisation - Screw 2 screws (5mm width) into existing holes to secure large bookshelf to wall. Must be correct screws for the drywall and hold in place properly. Note: There is a small gap between the angle bracket and the wall — may need spacers or appropriate adjustment to close the gap and secure properly. Prefer if you supply all materials but can negotiate. Should take around 1.5–2 hours.

Couple of chips appeared in the drywall after removing nonstick hangers that were used to hang up painting.

Hole in ceiling where light fitting moved in entrance hall; plaster roughed up around a second new lightfitting in dining room; small sections of damaged plaster in living room and dining room from air conditioning leak; damaged plaster ceilings around new air conditioning vents when they were recently cut in, hole in panel above kitchen sink which is not plaster but some sort of light wood/needs filling in. Once plaster is repaired needs to be retouched with ceiling paint. I have a small pot of ceiling white.

Patch up the 2 small holes on ceiling. the holes were made to hang the TVs. and paint the patch up color white to match the existing ceiling . the fee offered includes taking the 2 TV down as well, its just to unscrew on the back of tv stands. in addition, the TVs are still there, happy to offer another $50 to take TV down

Nib L shape wall needs to be set and sanded. Top can be rough as timber is going on top but corners need to be touched up and base coated + top coat and sand. Angles are on but 1 90mm x 2.7m corner needs a strip on it with an angle. Joint master and half a bag of base coat is on site and angle same as stud adhesive. And gyprock is on site.

Need some pavers leveled out and possibly small plastering patches. Hourly rate.

Looking on here only to beat the price from a professional team, $130. Quite an easy job as its just one dent on the wall size of a 50cent coin. It will need a bit of putty, sanded and then painted on top with the matching paint. If you would like to qualify for this job you must be able to match the paint and beat the price of $130.
