Ripped paint off wall in one room, small patches. And one small hole in wall.

I need 5 curtain cord clasps drilled into a plaster wall at one property then one block away I need one screw drilled into a metal gate to hold a gate latch (old screw snapped off). At same second property I would also like a metal cuff cut off a plastic tube.

Remove the existing plasterboard ceiling and replace it with a new ceiling. Cut and install the exiting heating duct. No need to cut and install light fittings. No need to paint the plasterboard. The room is approximately 2700x3800mm

Two things we need plastered - one is a spot where we had a curtain rail attached and the curtain got pulled from the wall. 2nd is a 40m x 40ccm vent that's no longer in use in our hallway. If you can do the painting as well (paint supplied) let me know.

We have heaps of holes where shelves/pictures were up in an office. There are 10 rooms + hallways that need a few spots in each room. There are also 3 bigger holes that will need patching kits (2 are 10cm x 10cm, the other more like 15cm x 10cm). I imagine it would be approx. 2-3 hours work.

It is possible that they are thin metal ones which are apparently common with new apartment builds, but I am not an expert. I would like someone who has experience with these kind of walls/set ups, and can mount the tv securely. ⚠️I want to avoid only mounting into the plaster as the tv will sit on the same wall as the front door, so impact/vibrations from that opening and closing is a factor I want to consider. ⏱️ preferred time: as this is located in an apartment complex I will avoid drilling outside 7am and 7pm out of consideration for my neighbours.
