We have heaps of holes where shelves/pictures were up in an office. There are 10 rooms + hallways that need a few spots in each room. There are also 3 bigger holes that will need patching kits (2 are 10cm x 10cm, the other more like 15cm x 10cm). I imagine it would be approx. 2-3 hours work.

Need some small plastering repairs (x2) to walls and toilet seat fixed/replaced

Tape and set plaster board ceiling to hallway. it’s including square setting around 2 doorways 820mmx2400mm. Will have cornice finish so no square set to ceilings I have tape and plaster You will need angles for door jamb corners and tools

Install curtain 10 rod hooks (to carry the weight of the curtain) and a frame (6 kg) on a plaster board wall. I don't have the following: 1. Anchor fasteners 2. Screws to mount the rod hook and frame I have the following: 1. Curtain rod and hook 2. Frame 3. Curtain 4. Note: Can lend a hand with installation.

It is possible that they are thin metal ones which are apparently common with new apartment builds, but I am not an expert. I would like someone who has experience with these kind of walls/set ups, and can mount the tv securely. ⚠️I want to avoid only mounting into the plaster as the tv will sit on the same wall as the front door, so impact/vibrations from that opening and closing is a factor I want to consider. ⏱️ preferred time: as this is located in an apartment complex I will avoid drilling outside 7am and 7pm out of consideration for my neighbours. After a human fall the bathroom drywall - plasterboard wall has been broken and cracked. I need this portion of the wall patched and painted to match existing wall. I can send photos. The area is 40 cm wide and 70 cm high. Needs to be done by cob Tuesday 18 Feb

stopping on gyprock sheets

Patch 9 x 90dia downlight Holes in my ceiling. And sand. I can paint The holes are from down lights we didn’t install

My fridge door won't open due to the small space. I'd like to keep the fridge by making a recess in the plaster. Need the plastering to be of high quality.

A small tear caused by me accidentely removing a wall hanger. Will need to match the creamy-white colouring of the paint as well. The photo is a close-up and it's only a fairly small tear. Will need the job done later in the afternoon if taken from Monday-Wednesday as I work till 5PM most days. Am happy to discuss additional times/availability $50 original price, negotiable if needed.
