We have a wall with an existing doorway that we require to be replastered over the top of the existing wall blocking off the doorway. The new plasterboards [2] will be placed from the floor up, with a horizontal timber moulding placed as a trim across the top, leaving the existing plaster board. Further vertical timber mouldings will be attached to hide the plaster join and be decorative, as well as a skirting board installed. Existing barn door fittings to be removed. Materials supplied.
