I am looking for a qualified professional to replace two ceiling fans and three kitchen pendant lights. This job requires both electrical work and plastering/painting to "make good" the surfaces after installation. Scope of Work: Ceiling Fans (x2): Remove existing fans and install 2x owner-supplied DC ceiling fans. Wall Switches: Replace existing wall switches with new controllers to support 6-speed DC motors and light dimming/switching. Kitchen Pendants (x3): Remove existing pendant lights and replace them with 3x owner-supplied pendants over the kitchen island. Plastering & Patching: High priority. The work must include patching and repairing the gyprock/plaster where the new mounts or switches differ from the old ones. Painting: Sanding and painting the patched areas (ceiling and wall) to match the existing finish. Requirements: Must be a Licensed Electrician (for the wiring). Must provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety. Experience in plastering/painting is essential to ensure a seamless finish. Location: Box Hill, NSW 2765.
