The job involves removing and disposing of water-damaged skirting boards and treating the affected wall areas for mould. Once treated, the walls will require plaster repairs, sanding, and preparation for repainting. New skirting boards need to be supplied, fitted, gap sealed, and repainted to match the existing finish. All works are to restore the area after a previously repaired water leak.
