A section on the ceiling plaster in the laundry has been compromised by moisture, and most likely has developed some mold. It will need to be cut out, replaced with new plasterboard, and a new hole cut for the ventilation fan to be re-installed. The area affected measures 600mm x600mm. Needing it done asap.

I need a small hole in an internal plasterboard bedroom wall repaired. The damaged area is approximately the size of a tennis ball (see attached photos).
