I have a section of plasterboard, approx 40cm x 40cm that needs to be cut out, replaced, joints plastered, sanded and ready to be painted. I will do the painting. I have no supplies for said job. Keen to have job completed asap but no hard deadline.

Two tasks: 1. Gyprock wall above a stairwell has 20 cm vertical slit where a picture fell through it - requires repair and repainting. Access is problematic due to the stairs. 2. Laundry and toilet require gyprock to be fixed prior to tiling.

Handyman Room is sheeted already (fibro). Needs to be patched/ taped and sanded. Room is only 9m2. Skirtings and 2x doors so we are ready to paint

Plastering external-use gyprock in an undercover patio area. Previously had asbestos walls which I’ve removed and need to replaster those sections of the walls. Dimensions: There’s one part of a wall that is 2m39cm long and 58cm tall, both sides of that wall to plaster, so effectively double that wall. Then the other wall has a window in the middle. Part below window is 2m15cm wide and 58cm tall. Part left of window is 37.2cm wide and 1m 25 cm tall. Part right of window is 29.6cm wide and 1m 25 cm tall. Part above window is a triangle: 2m 15cm wide, and 35 cm tall. Plus there’s some missing architraves around the walls If you can do painting too, can you include an optional pricing for that? Separately there’s also a single wood rot damaged balustrade’s newel post needing replacement- could you please also quote that?

Replace 1m x 1m ceiling sheet on outdoor pergola approximately 4m high. Sheeting available onsite should do the job.

Gutter and ceiling sheet need repair and replace on balcony of Queenslander home. Assume leak is coming from gutter overtopping fascia.
